SESSION AGREEMENT

A detailed Portrait Agreement will be provided when we schedule your photoshoot on our calendar.

 Copyright and Usage of the images:

All photographic materials, digital or otherwise, including but not limited to master copies, proofs, previews, and electronic image files shall be the exclusive property of AM Boudoir. 

AM Boudoir retains the copyright in all images created in the Photography Session and shall have the exclusive right to make reproductions for, including but not limited to, marketing materials, portfolio entries, sample products, editorial submissions, and use or for display within or on the Photographer’s website and/or studio when a Model Release is signed stating the release of Client's images.

*** If the Client declines the Model Release, NO USE OF THE IMAGES WILL BE PUBLIC AND THE IMAGES STAY PRIVATE and are only seen by the staff of AM Boudoir and the Client. If the Photographer desires to make other uses of the images outside of uses stated in the Model Release, the Photographer shall not do so without first obtaining the written permission of the Client.***

The Model Release is a separate document the client will sign giving consent or declining consent at the photography session.
